Accessibility

Last updated: April 23, 2026

ProHireHQ is committed to making our platform usable by the broadest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across both the employer-facing product and the candidate-facing job board.

What we work on

  • Keyboard-reachable navigation for every core workflow (search, apply, review).
  • Semantic HTML, labelled form controls, and visible focus indicators.
  • Colour contrast that meets AA in both light and dark themes.
  • Descriptive alt text on product imagery and image-based badges.
  • Responsive layouts that remain usable down to 320px viewport width.

Known gaps

Complex data surfaces — the Kanban pipeline, analytics dashboards, and the candidate table — are being audited progressively. If you encounter a specific barrier we have not yet resolved, tell us and we will prioritise it.

Report an accessibility barrier

Email support@prohirehq.com with the URL, a short description of the issue, and (if relevant) the assistive technology you were using. We respond within two business days and will work with you on an alternate access path while any fix is in progress.

Third-party content

Some content on ProHireHQ — job descriptions submitted by employers, resumes uploaded by candidates, embedded booking calendars, payment processors — is produced or hosted by third parties. We do not control the accessibility of that content directly, but we will work with the responsible party to address reported issues.
