ProHireHQ provides recruitment optimization tools, including AI-driven resume screening, automated communication, and candidate sourcing tools designed to aid Organizations in the hiring process.
As a user of the Service (whether as an Organization or Applicant), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to upload any content that is legally prohibited or discriminatory under applicable labor laws.
Our platform employs Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) to scan and summarize resumes. You acknowledge that AI logic is probabilistic and agree to verify automated decisions manually. ProHireHQ is not liable for hiring decisions made by users of the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
