Who built it

ProHireHQ is operated by BDB Coaching, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company founded by James Pemberton and based in Chesapeake, Virginia. James has spent years building revenue-generating systems for small businesses using AI automation, helping operators stop being the bottleneck in their own business.

Senior care was a natural focus. It is an industry with real, structural hiring problems, real money to solve them, and almost no purpose-built AI tooling targeting it. That gap is where ProHireHQ lives.

Our commitment

ProHireHQ is built to be transparent about how AI is used in the hiring process. Candidates know they are interacting with an AI-assisted intake process. Hiring managers see exactly what criteria the AI used to rank candidates. Nothing is a black box.
