1. Scope
ProHireHQ provides one (1) AI-powered candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline delivery engagement for one (1) open role over thirty (30) calendar days starting on the date this purchase is confirmed. The engagement includes the 24/7 Recruiter AI running on the selected role, automated candidate outreach and screening, structured evaluation against your criteria, candidate shortlists delivered directly to your inbox, and hands-on setup on day one.
2. Role Eligibility
The 30-Day Trial is available for senior care operators upon mutual review and acceptance of the open role, worksite location, compensation, shifts, commute area, required credentials, and minimum experience. If ProHireHQ cannot accept the role after payment, the payment will be promptly refunded and the engagement will not begin.
3. Inner Circle Credit
If you transition into an active Inner Circle subscription (Single Location or Multi-Location) within sixty (60) days of your 30-Day Trial start date, the full $2,500 paid for this trial is credited toward your Inner Circle setup fee ($5,000 for single location or $10,000 for multi-location). The credit is applied directly on your Inner Circle invoice. The credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expires sixty (60) days after the trial start date.
4. Capabilities and Terms
The 30-Day Trial provides candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery capabilities. ProHireHQ does not guarantee a specific number of hires, candidate interview show rates, job offer acceptance rates, or candidate retention. All hiring decisions, interviews, offers, and employment relationships remain strictly with the Operator. Because setup, AI compute, and recruitment operations begin immediately upon kickoff, fees paid for the 30-Day Trial are non-refundable once the engagement begins.
5. Voice AI Consent
By purchasing the 30-Day Trial, you confirm you have authority to engage AI-powered phone screening with candidates who apply to your role. ProHireHQ uses jurisdiction-appropriate consent disclosures during all candidate calls. Operator agrees to provide ProHireHQ with any specific consent disclosure script required by their state or applicable regulations.
6. Data Ownership
You own all candidate data sourced, screened, and booked on your behalf. Whether you transition into Inner Circle or conclude the engagement after 30 days, you retain full ownership of every candidate record. ProHireHQ does not sell, share, or use your candidate data for any purpose other than delivering your engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
ProHireHQ's total liability for any claim arising from this engagement is limited to the amount paid ($2,500).
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
