1. Scope
ProHireHQ provides one (1) AI-powered candidate sourcing and screening engagement for one (1) open role over fourteen (14) calendar days starting on the date this purchase is confirmed. The engagement includes Voice AI screening on every applicant, up to one hundred (100) candidates sourced and pre-screened, a daily shortlist delivered by email, and hands-on setup on day one.
2. Pipeline Guarantee
If ProHireHQ delivers fewer than twenty-five (25) verified candidates to your dashboard within the fourteen (14) day window, you may request a full refund of the $2500 by emailing help@prohirehq.com within fourteen (14) days of the engagement end date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days of the request.
3. Inner Circle Credit
If you move into an Inner Circle Single Location or Multi-Location plan within sixty (60) days of your 14-Day Search start date, the full $2,500 paid here is credited toward your Inner Circle setup fee. The credit is applied automatically on your Inner Circle invoice. The credit is non-transferable and expires at sixty (60) days.
4. Voice AI Consent
By purchasing the 14-Day Search, you confirm you have authority to engage AI-powered phone screening with candidates who apply to your role. ProHireHQ uses jurisdiction-appropriate consent disclosures during all candidate calls. Operator agrees to provide ProHireHQ with the consent disclosure script appropriate to their state and applicable federal regulations.
5. Data Ownership
You own all candidate data sourced and screened on your behalf. ProHireHQ does not sell, share, or use your candidate data for any purpose other than delivering the engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
ProHireHQ's total liability for any claim arising from this engagement is limited to the amount paid ($2500).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
