What changes in your first thirty days

The one-time fee is not a setup charge. It is thirty days with me personally, moving your operation from “we are short-staffed” to “the pipeline is working.” Here is what that month looks like.

  • Week one. Your open roles are live. Sourcing begins on day two. The first qualified candidates appear in your dashboard before the weekend.
  • Week two. We sit down with your team and calibrate the scoring: what actually matters for a hire at your operation versus what does not. By the end of the week, the platform ranks candidates the way you would.

How fast does this actually fill a role?

The pipeline starts producing qualified candidates in days, not weeks. What happens after that is up to your offer and your market, not the platform. The weeks you used to spend rebuilding the pipeline move down to days. You decide how fast to move on the final conversation.

Why ten operators and not twenty?

What happens on Friday, April 24?

Standard pricing begins, double the founding rate. If the ten seats fill before Friday, we close earlier. The Founding 10 is gone the moment it is gone.

Is there a contract?

A standard twelve-month subscription to keep the founding rate locked. You are covered by a 30-day money-back window on month one if it is not working. The trade items (case study, three intros, badge) are documented but plain English. No legal gymnastics.

Do you replace my existing systems?

No. The platform handles the front end of hiring: sourcing, screening, engagement. Then it hands you qualified candidates ready for a final conversation. Whatever you use for HR, payroll, or onboarding stays exactly where it is.

What if I am not in healthcare?
