Wing King is seeking a Bar Tender for our Virginia Beach location. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide efficient service to our patrons.

Job Summary

As a Bar Tender at Wing King, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Our establishment is known for its regular clientele and draws significant crowds, particularly during Eagles games and live music events. This is a team-oriented role in a dynamic sports bar setting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Wing King standards.
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
Process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking supplies and washing glassware.
Adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience as a bartender is required.
No mandatory certifications are required for this role.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during major sporting events and live music nights.

Benefits & Offer

Compensation: This role offers minimum wage plus significant tip earnings. Bar Tenders typically earn between $100 and $500 per night in tips.
