Inner Circle Commitments

The plain-English commitments each Inner Circle member makes in exchange for Inner Circle implementation pricing locked for the life of your subscription. Read before your call. Ask questions then. No surprises at signing.

Why this exists

Inner Circle pricing is a 22 to 26 percent discount off retail, locked for the life of your subscription. That discount is material, and the white-glove implementation that comes with it is real work. We ask for something real in exchange. The purpose of this page is to tell you what that is, in plain language, before you book the call.

None of this is hidden in a footer or surfaced only at signing. If any of it is a problem for you, say so on the call. If it is a hard no, the retail tier is the right door. Everything else about ProHireHQ works exactly the same on either tier.

Published case study

Within 90 days after your onboarding is complete, we document a case study together. The case study includes your hiring metrics for the period, typically time to fill, cost per hire, candidates in pipeline, and hires made. It includes a written quote from you or your leadership team, approved by you in writing. Your name and logo appear on the case study page at prohirehq.com.

You review and approve the final copy before we publish. We do not publish numbers or quotes you have not approved.

Video testimonial

Within the first 90 days, you participate in one recording session of up to 30 minutes for a video testimonial. We handle production. You grant ProHireHQ the right to use the testimonial in marketing, sales, social, and web content.

You review the edited version before it publishes.

Reference calls

For your first 12 months, you take up to two reference calls per quarter with prospective ProHireHQ customers. Each call is limited to 30 minutes. We only schedule calls when the prospect is a strong fit for the platform. We will not overbook you.

You can decline any specific call without penalty, as long as you are available for the quarterly average across the 12 months.

Permission to name you in content

You grant ProHireHQ the right to reference your name, logo, and Inner Circle member relationship in website content at prohirehq.com, in LinkedIn posts and newsletter issues, in conference talks and podcasts by the ProHireHQ team, and in press releases announcing platform milestones.

You retain the right to request specific mentions be taken down if they create a conflict for your business. We honor takedown requests within five business days of a written request.

Monthly feedback call with the team

For the first 12 months, you participate in a 30-minute feedback call with the ProHireHQ team each month. The purpose of these calls is to discuss product friction, feature requests, and your operating reality. Your input shapes the roadmap.

If you miss more than two consecutive monthly feedback calls without rescheduling, we may, after written notice and a 30-day cure period, convert your subscription to retail pricing going forward. We will always give you a chance to catch up before any rate change.

What you receive in return

In exchange for the commitments above, ProHireHQ provides you with:

  • 22 to 26 percent discount off retail pricing for setup and monthly subscription fees, as specified in your order form.
  • Subscription-life rate lock at the Inner Circle rate for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
  • 14 days of focused hands-on implementation, delivered by the ProHireHQ team. Not a ticket queue.
  • Direct email access to the team for the first 12 months. We read and respond personally.
  • First access to new features, integrations, and verticalsreleased during the first 12 months.
  • The 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee described below.

The 90-Day Pipeline Guarantee

If you do not have at least 25 qualified candidates in your pipeline within 90 days of onboarding completion, we extend your onboarding by an additional 90 days at no charge. During the extension, our team works your top three searches until the pipeline reaches the 25-candidate threshold.

A qualified candidate is one who has completed the ProHireHQ intake process, whose profile and availability match the role criteria you set, and whose status in the system is ready for review or better. We document the starting role criteria together at the end of onboarding so there is no ambiguity about the definition of fit later.

You stay on the platform. We stay on the hook. No refund needed, because if the pipeline is not producing, neither of us is walking away. We are fixing it.

Term and termination

These commitments take effect on the day you sign and remain in effect for the duration of your active subscription. If you terminate the subscription at any point, you retain the right to describe yourself as a former Inner Circle member in your own materials. The rate lock and direct-access benefits end with the subscription.

The Inner Circle rate cannot be transferred to a new subscription initiated after a gap in service. If you need to pause, tell us first and we will work it out.

Governing law

ProHireHQ is operated by BDB Coaching, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company with principal offices at 555 Belaire Ave #215, Chesapeake, VA 23320. This commitment framework and the associated Master Services Agreement are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

How this gets signed

You do not sign this page. This is the summary. The formal Inner Circle Agreement is sent after your Inner Circle call, alongside the Master Services Agreement that covers standard software service terms. Both documents are reviewed by counsel and delivered through a real e-signature flow with an audit trail.

If you want your own counsel to review before signing, take the time you need. There is no closing pressure from our side beyond the cohort-size cap: when the tenth seat is filled, Inner Circle pricing closes and retail begins the next day.
